Sales Executive

The telesales executive will attract new restaurants, win new accounts and maximize reach within the defined sales territory. Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects and turning interested prospects to long-term customers.


  • Understand various features and services offered by the iMenu4u platform
  • Call restaurants for giving information of the iMenu4u platform to the Restaurant Owner/Restaurant contact
  • Provide information on service offerings from the iMenu4u platform
  • Explain various commercial aspects of the iMenu4u platform
  • If the restaurant agrees to sign up, get the online signup done from the restaurant owner or get an on-boarding approval email from Restaurant Owner to on-board it
  • Get required details mentioned in Signup Form (Menu, Website Link, Contact Details, and Google Business Page Ownership etc.)
  • Establish a communication channel with the iMenu4u on-boarding team, including WhatsApp group, email etc.
  • Be the Company Ambassador and represent iMenu4u in the best possible manner
  • Collaborate with our marketing & telesales team to maximise sales
