Return & Refund Policy
iMenu4u endeavours to provide the best customer satisfaction experience and have put in place a Refund and Return Policy. Food preparation usually begins immediately after your order has been confirmed. The member restaurants cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
Food Order Errors - If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please call/email us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. In case you desire a refund, for credit card payments you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error. For cash payments, you will be refunded the amount for the incorrect food item, or you will receive the difference of the balance back as restaurant credit. Any claim after 7 days will not be entertained.
- Incomplete Food Order - On the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call/email us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order and we will refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a restaurant credit. Any claim after 7 days will not be entertained.
- Dissatisfaction with food – Our member restaurants cook food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. Please call/email us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a restaurant credit after we confirming the error with the restaurant manager on duty. Any claim after 7 days will not be entertained.
